📍Local Spotlight - May Edition

Lets talk Payment Processing! When we started Bobby's we researched this topic and...😴💤😩- Although it's not the most exciting, it's necessary in the world we live in for e-commerce to have a payment processor and one you can trust. There's a handful out there and while there are more popular ones, as is our business model to try and stay as local as possible (at the very least Canadian) we decided to go with Helcim - Based out of Calgary. We couldn't be happier with the service provided so far - They are constantly upgrading their platform, the point of sale device works flawlessly and they have multiple different avenues to contact them or work on your account - You can even set up a store right on their website and get your own Helcim domain to get up and running even quicker if you're just a small home bakery for instance - Why settle for American payment processors like Stripe and Square when we have a Canadian equivalent right on our doorstep?

📍Local Business Spotlight - February Edition;

ATB Financial makes the list this month - We decided to go Local and Canadian for our banking to make the business possible. Working with them was stress free, they were even kind enough to host us on their Love Local tables in both branches recently (you may have seen them in person!).
