For those that know us, we moved to the North Shuswap (Anglemont) in October 2022 and are happy to call the area our home. The recent fires that swept through have helped us to make the decision to start building again. Retirement is no longer an option when so many need help to rebuild their lives.

Gearing up for a busy year.. After hanging up the Builders license two years ago, we are now re-activating it so that we can help former clients build a new home for themselves. It seems we made such an impression on them that they don't want anyone else to build for them!
Our son, Keith, will now take on the lead managing position at Top to Bottom Contracting. He is a red seal Carpenter, and having been trained by Ken, he is also a dedicated tradesman who takes great pride in his workmanship.
He will continue to also run his own renovation company "All Around Home Renovations" to keep his own faithful clients happy.

It was two years ago that we decided that we had enough of building. With two back surgeries, and our children now moving on to bigger and better things we decided to focus on ourselves and change careers.
A new start in the Real Estate market as licensed Realtors was a natural progression and a refreshing change. We had decided to hang up the Builder's license and move forward helping people of every age realize their dreams of home ownership.
Having the skills and the knowledge to walk into a home and tell our clients to turn around and run, or to imagine knocking down walls and renovating a tired home to make it new again is greatly rewarding experience.
We joined forces with Glen, Heather & Serena at Kelleway Mortgage Architects, and managed to convince Adele Johnston (Ken's mom) to also join our team.

Our latest project getting underway - bridge was condemned and we will be removing the old structure and building the new one. Some fabrication on the steel beams will be happening off site... stay tuned for the really interesting photos when demolition and reconstruction happens on site! Should be in approx 2 weeks.
