This home was fully lived in when we arrived. We started with a home staging consultation to which the homeowner followed the recommendations to every last detail including painting the entire home, replacing the flooring and changing out dated and dark light fixtures.

Through our occupied staging services, we repositioned furniture to improve flow and to better show the home's livable spaces. Then we added select pieces of furniture with layered accents and accessories.

Every detail was intentional to highlight the homes livability and help buyers feel the lifestyle it offers.

One of the biggest misconceptions about home staging is that everything in a home needs to be replaced in order to make an impact.

For our latest occupied staging project at 136 Nelson Court in Newmarket, we worked primarily with the homeowner’s existing furniture and layered in our accessories-only staging package to elevate the overall presentation.
