A little garden math. I only wanted 2 tomato plants this year, so I thought plant 4 just in case. Which turned into 6 - you know, because why not. To be fair, 4 are romas, 1 is rainbow and 1 is summer something.

I know I've been quiet, winter tends to do that to me. But this year there was extenuating circumstances that left me unable to do a lot of things.
One of those things was the final batch of canning. I froze as many ingredients as I could and today - 8 jars of spaghetti sauce. I've never done from frozen so we will see how it turns out. Taste test is for dinner tonight. But again made with the freshest ingredients possible this time of year.

Now that last year is out of the way - bring on spring. Are you ready?
