Key Responsibilities
• Assist lead installers with the delivery, assembly, and installation of custom cabinetry.
• Handle tools and materials safely and responsibly.
• Prepare job sites, including unloading and organizing cabinetry and hardware.
• Perform measurements, adjustments, and finishing touches under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after installation.
• Support the team in troubleshooting and problem-solving on site.
• Ensure work is completed to company standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Qualifications
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is an asset (training provided).
• Ability to lift and move cabinetry and materials
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
