Happy Mother’s Day from Shane’s Tree Service! 🌳❤️

To the moms who spent years yelling “Get out of that tree!”… well… turns out some of us made a career out of ignoring that advice. 😂

Thanks for raising tough kids, hardworking adults, and in our case… guys who thought chainsaws, ropes, and sawdust sounded like a solid life plan.

Today’s your day—kick back, relax, and let someone else clean up the mess for once… you’ve been doing it long enough.

Nothing like taking down a massive poplar beside a house to keep the day interesting. 🌳🏠

One wrong cut and the client gets an open-concept living room… but luckily the crew knows what they’re doing. 😆

Long day, heavy wood, lots of laughs, and another big tree safely on the ground without a scratch on the house. The client even pulled up a chair and enjoyed the show while we turned a dangerous tree into a pile of firewood. 💪🪵

At Shane’s Tree Service we don’t just cut trees — we remove stress, clean up the mess, and give the neighbours something to watch all afternoon.

When you work out in the country, you never really know who’s watching… 👀🌲

Mid-job today, we had a full audience show up — a family of deer just casually checking out the operation like they hired us themselves.

We kept the saws running, they kept their distance, and everyone went home happy (including the trees that needed to go 😅).

Another solid day doing what we do best — safe, efficient tree removal with a little wildlife entertainment on the side.

🌲 WE’RE HIRING – JOIN A CREW THAT GETS IT DONE 🌲

Shane’s Tree Service is looking to add a Groundsman and an experienced Tree Climber to the team.

We work hard, move fast, and take pride in doing the job right — but we can still laugh while doing it.

🔧 Positions:
• Groundsman (entry-level welcome)
• Tree Climber (experience required)

🌳 What you’ll be doing:
• Assisting with tree removals, pruning, and cleanup
• Operating equipment and chainsaws (with proper safety)
• Climbing and rigging (for climber position)
• Keeping job sites clean and running smooth

💪 What we’re looking for:
• Reliable — shows up on time, ready to work
• Strong work ethic (this isn’t a “stand around” kind of job)
• Comfortable with physical outdoor work
• Experience is an asset, especially for climbers
• Driver’s license is a bonus

💰 What you get:
• Competitive pay based on experience
• Steady work in the Pontiac area
• A solid crew that works hard but keeps it light
• Opportunity to learn and grow in the trade
