The main floor ensuite bathroom at our West Vancouver project. This tub and shower combo really filled in this bathroom space perfectly and the way the custom vanity and mirror tie this bathroom together was designed beautifully. The under vanity light gives this bathroom a cool feature when our client wants to use the bathroom late at night. We really loved how this bathroom turned out and enjoyed building it!

This bathroom remodel turned out incredible! We went with a custom walnut vanity, linen closet, mirror and partition wall to give this bathroom some character and to give our client something to get excited about when getting ready. This extra big stand up shower was done with mitred corners, custom Baril shower fixtures and custom glass to wrap it all together. We threw in a long bench and a tileable drain to have everything flow beautifully together.

A couple more videos after the property was fully furnished. I loved how this living space turned out once everything was set up. Very cozy, lots of natural light after the patio doors and window were replaced at the back deck and the new light coloured floors really make this space feel lively and homey. This was a full remodel of this property. Some before and after photos and videos will follow soon! Stay tuned!

A few photos of the North Vancouver bathroom renovation completed during the summer. These black accents added to the fixtures were a great little detail that really brought out a different element to this bathroom. The large format gloss tiles also allowed for this space to look more modern and really ties in well with the floating vanity, the updated toilet and the vanity mirror that comes with a built in light and defogger. Did some repainting and refinishing at this past week and throughout last year. Will be back in a couple weeks to do a bit more work.

This location is a beautiful restaurant in Steveston with an amazing fine dining Thai experience! Voted one of Canada’s 100 best restaurants and multiple other awards for best fine dining experience, best hidden gem, best restaurant overall, best Thai, most romantic restaurant, best chef and best new restaurant throughout 2012-2022, this is the perfect place to eat if you want a memorable experience!

Quick garage renovation finished.
Had the floors grinded, prepped, flaked and sealed by last week and they’re looking amazing! Just complete the painting of all the walls, doors/trim and ready to be used again!
