Wrapped up this bathroom in the Guelph Arboretum community for a lovely senior couple. The old shower was leaking badly and also very difficult for them to get in. Added Schluter heated floors and a new more accessible shower for them.

In June we took this 100 year old garage back to the brick. Framed a new roof and new interior. Had new electric service run out to it. Installed some new windows and skylights. Had an opportunity to try out and Finished the interior and exterior ceiling with some beautiful pine tongue and groove. End result is a very cottage like hang out space for my wonderful clients in
