At Creemore, every detail was chosen carefully. The navy island anchors the space, while the white shaker cabinetry, marble backsplash, brass hardware, and exposed timber beams create a kitchen that feels warm, timeless, and made to last.

In the basement, the wet bar is ready for everything from a quiet evening to a weekend full of family and friends.

None of our cottages look the same. Because no two families are the same. Some clients come to us with a clear vision and drawings in hand, others come with a piece of land, a budget, and a feeling they haven’t put on paper yet. Either way, we meet them where they’re at and begin our process.

Modern or traditional. Warm cedar and timber or clean lines and concrete. A cottage that disappears into the tree line or one that makes a statement from the water.

The style is always yours. We just know how to build it.

It is easy to look at a construction site and think nothing much has changed. But progress is often happening in the parts you do not notice right away.

At Kilworthy, another layer of the build is coming together as this 3,200 sq. ft. custom garage moves closer to becoming a reality. The backfill and infill here is significant and it’s almost done. The groundwork sets up everything to come.

Sometimes you don’t need a plan. You just need the woods, the water, and enough quiet to finally hear yourself think.

When you’re stuck in your head, the cottage has a way of putting everything back into perspective. The trees allow you to breathe deep. The lake doesn’t rush. And somewhere between the morning mist and the evening fire, the thing you were overthinking quietly sorts itself out.

That kind of peace is rare. Which is why the people who find it up here keep coming back.

Two weeks out from handover and we are almost there.

The cottage is looking exactly the way it should, the clients are ready, and then hydro threw us a curveball. The Canadian Shield has its own plans and sometimes you just work around it.

We are hoping hydro wraps up their end in the next couple of weeks so the keys can go where they belong - in the client’s hands. The finish line is right there.
