Get Paid to Workout

Sarah McGarr, of Sweetwood Gardening was looking for a way to enjoy the outdoors, be active to stay fit, and be with like-minded people. Several years ago she rediscovered her love of gardening as the perfect solution; plus she could essentially get paid while working out.

Years later after moving her business to the Collingwood area, Sarah is looking for strong, fit people of the same mindset, to join her team in getting physical outside while getting a little dirty doing garden landscaping with her fun and fit crew.

Working with the owner operator of Sweetwood Gardening will involve a variety of work, travelling to different properties, with different tasks to be completed.

The applicant should be able to take direction for the day's tasks which may involve:
- raking/blowing out gardens
- weeding, edging
- spreading fertilizer, mulch
- clearing away yard debris
- planting, splitting, removing plants

The ideal applicant is a friendly, energetic, fast worker, and likes working outside, being physical and is not afraid to get dirty!!

This job is aimed at a post-secondary individual with their own vehicle. Tools will be provided. Prior experience in yard work and industry interest is helpful.
Hours are weekdays only (no weekends) during the day, from early April through the end of October. Will also consider post-secondary student only available until end of August.
