Let me officially introduce myself! 🔊

I’m Nick and here’s a bit about me:

I started my love for lawn care & property maintenance at a very young age(12 years old) when my father had me mowing lawns and helping him with odd jobs at his apartment buildings.

As I got older I realized I really enjoyed it and was really good at it, my family and friends relied on me to keep their properties looking good.

For every job I had as a teenager and young adult, I made sure to make time for my following of clients and treated this as a side hustle.

I worked full time with a lawncare company where I told them from the start my goal was to have my own lawncare company. I shined as an employee there for 2 years before finally branching off into my own as it became too hard to juggle full time with them while making time to keep my own clients happy on evenings and weekends.

2024 I registered my own business, Nicks Property Services, and I have loved every minute since.

I really enjoy doing what I love every day and connecting with clients, building relationships with them along the way and keeping their properties looking their best.

From May-October each year I do mainly lawn mowing, but I do other jobs outside the home too: spring/fall clean ups, landscaping jobs, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, garbage removal & more. In the winter you can rely on me for snow removal as well!

I service residential & commercial properties for both lawn mowing and snow removal.

I may be too busy to do these other jobs until mowing slows down, but please never hesitate to ask as I will be upfront and honest with you on what to expect!

Thank you everyone who has supported me along the way to get here, I appreciate all of you and can’t wait to see what the future holds for us!
