The first build of 2025 is available now!

Built in two sections to make moving easier, this 28x28 modular is ready to be claimed. Each section is 14x28, once assembled it has a total of 784 square feet.

The walls are by 2x6 construction with R20 insulation and the floor and ceiling is 2x10 construction. The roof is a torch on roof.
The plumbing and wiring are installed as well.

This modular has a custom built kitchen and new gas range and electric fridge.
The wood stove is a temporary fixture and will be up to the buyers to install their own wood stove.

Once this modular is moved to its new location then we will do the final assemble which includes joining the torch on roof and building and also trimming all the joints.
