We remained open and received a huge amount of emergency (and scheduled) calls over the holiday period. No heat calls were priority over this time.
We have had a large volume of calls this evening that have all been responded to.
We are currently on another emergency call.

Despite this, we have decided that we will shut down at 11pm (Dec 31st). We will reopen to booked and emergency calls on January 1st, 2026.
Please send a text to (403) 823-1962 if you are without heat and are vulnerable (Senior/Children in the home).

Between the phone continuously ringing and being flagged down around town, we are currently working on a mass amount of NO HEAT and frozen water line calls. We are running both in town, neighbouring towns and rural which means that cell service can be patchy at best or our lines are extremely busy.

With temperatures hitting lows of -56 degrees tonight we are currently trying to prioritize and keep up with NO HEAT calls.
