Found a strange claw thing at Value village...broken but cool. Had to make something!

I made a wildly beautiful terrarium piece out of two things that don’t belong together: an old glass cake platter and this strange gothic four fingerered hand statue I found at Value Village. What started as thrift-store impulse somehow turned into this eerie, elegant living sculpture.
In this video I show the full process: cleaning and rebuilding the pieces, figuring out how to make the structure actually work, layering the planting medium, choosing plants, and slowly bringing the whole thing to life. This is one of those projects where I genuinely had no clear plan at the beginning.
