Join SER and the Society for Conservation Biology North America for an upcoming webinar exploring one of the world’s largest dam removal and river restoration projects.

“Watershed-scale restoration of the Klamath River: Dam removal, restoration, and fisheries conservation” will highlight the collaborative restoration and fisheries conservation efforts underway following the removal of four hydropower dams on the Klamath River in northern California and southern Oregon.

Learn about the world’s largest dam removal and river restoration project, and the fisheries conservation work underway following dam removal. Speakers will share insights into native revegetation, habitat restoration, water quality monitoring, and basin-wide fish monitoring efforts led in partnership with Tribal communities, researchers, and conservation organizations.
