Some days are the type where you just put on a raincoat and pot up seedlings while there's a break in the rain. Preparing Yarrow and Giant blue hyssop today.

Next to separate are Meadow arnica and hairy golden false aster. I'm seeing more germination on my sedges and grasses as well!

Big things come in small packages! While first year plants are fairly puny, second year plants have a much increased size. Keep this in mind when you are planting - by their third year native plants are usually huge.

This is monarda fistula aka bee balm. Should be ready for sale in a month. 8) I believe I will have yarrow ready by then as well. I will also have giant blue hyssop.

The wild blue flax is still ridiculously small so that might be an end of summer thing.
