We're hiring: Client Care Coordinator – My Property (Grande Prairie)

Part-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 3:00 (25 paid hours a week).

My Property is a Grande Prairie company doing landscaping, snow removal, repairs and installations for homes and businesses. Our crews are busy in the field, and we need someone in the office who makes sure every client gets a call back, every quote gets followed up, and every job is set up right.

What you'll do:
• Answer the company phone and inbox, and book new clients in for an assessment
• Follow up on quotes with a simple call-and-text routine
• Schedule work with clients and handle weather changes
• Help order materials and book rentals and subcontractors
• Keep our job software (Jobber) up to date as jobs finish
• Book utility locates and keep safety and subcontractor paperwork current
• Coordinate truck servicing and reply to our Google reviews

You're a fit if you:
• Like talking to people on the phone and following through
• Are organized and comfortable learning new software (we'll train you)
• Can work independently once you know the routine
• Have office, reception or customer service experience (a plus, not a must)

What we offer:
• Competitive starting wage with room to grow
• Weekday daytime hours, no evenings or weekends
• Health spending account after 3 months
• Profit sharing after one year

To apply, send your resume and a few lines about why you'd be good at this to [email protected].

Starting in November. No experience needed, we'll train you.
Apply by Friday, October 31.
