This is Us

I’m Krystal, I’m 29 years young, Married to the Man of my Dreams with Three Handsome little boys who I love with my whole heart.

Grew up on Vancouver Island, spent most of my teenage years in the Shuswap, then made Alberta my home after being brought here for new opportunity. 2015 was the year I became a Mom and with that came a whole lot of fear and anxiety. We ended up getting pregnant again a couple months after our oldests’ First Birthday! so we made the decision for me to stay home with our children

Once we had our second child, this dark cloud overcame my life and no matter how many times I pushed and shoved to help myself “stay strong” during this extremely difficult, emotional tornado of depression, hormones and anxiety. I just could not do this by myself. I finally admitted I needed help. After lots of trial and error, lessons learned, and a whole lot of tears, I realized I needed something for myself, I needed an identity other than being a wife and a mother. I didn't know how to exist without my children.

This is when my husband brought me home a Cricut Explore Air 2, for Christmas 2017, something I had been eyeing up for a while, and since then, I haven't looked back. Caffeine + Chaos was born. This business of mine brings me so much joy, so much happiness! I am dreaming big dreams, and I have more passion, dedication and gratitude than I ever have. This is me, This is my identity.
