Out with the old, in with the new 🔨

We removed this aging deck and replaced it with a slightly larger one to make better use of the space.

The privacy wall had started to get wobbly, so we reinforced each post with bracing to keep everything solid and extend its life for years to come.

Simple upgrades like this make a big difference in both safety and usability.

Called in for some updates and repairs on this one. After removing the flooring, we found sections of rotted subfloor causing a soft, spongy feel. We removed and replaced the damaged areas and installed a new plywood subfloor to solidify everything.

From there, the project turned into a full refresh—new shower, new flooring, wall patching, and fresh 1/4 round to finish it off.

Customer is taking care of the painting to wrap it up.
