English Toffee Cheesecake Bowls!
You guys know this is one of my favourite things to meal prep. Depending on your ingredients, they could be anywhere between 150-220kcal - and this one packs 22 grams of protein & 5 grams of fibre.
In a food processor or high quality blender, process:
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1 scoop protein powder (I used a salted caramel protein but vanilla would work great too)
- 1 serving of vanilla instant pudding mix (7 grams)
- 8-9 drops of English Toffee liquid stevia drops!
Once these ingredients are smooth, divide them into 3 serving size containers, and top with crumbled graham cracker & skor bits! Let these set in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving. These get better with more time!
