Alex Blanchard, Associate

With over a decade of experience in all phases of design and construction. Alex is a skilled manager; distinguishing himself as an invaluable team member on every project he takes on. As our conduit between contractors and our design team, Alex’s communication skills and attention to detail make him uniquely placed in translating two dimensional drawings into completed construction. Since joining C+A in 2018, Alex has taken on increased responsibilities for managing the project design team – helping to establish C+A into a sought-after partner in the creation and realization of our client’s dreams.

Emma Perego, NCIDQ, ARIDO, Associate

Emma is an Accredited Interior Designer and a graduate of the Bachelor of Interior Design program from Toronto Municipal University. She is involved in crafting beautiful and functional spaces for a wide range of our clients. Since joining C+A in 2018, Emma has shown a deep understanding of what makes a house a home. Emma has been closely involved in establishing the company’s Interior Design department and continues to work on establishing comfortable and original spaces that favor timelessness over trendiness.

Project 171 | Our custom Mid Century Modern inspired home is calm and private from the street while opening and revealing itself at the back. The house was designed around the large existing pool and drew its color inspiration from the properties mature birch trees. It's a family entertaining house and we love it. Enjoy.
