The bottom section and intermediate panel were damaged on this full view aluminum door, causing the door to bow and operate poorly. We replaced the damaged sections, completed adjustments, and got everything running properly again.

Broken spring replaced and door back up and running 👍

This garage originally had an oversized door that wasn’t properly suited for the opening height, causing operational issues.

Customer called because the door wouldn’t open. Turns out they had a broken torsion spring. When a spring snaps, the door gets really heavy and the opener won’t lift it.

Swapped out the spring, balanced the door properly and made sure everything was running smooth before I left.

Back up and working the way it should!

If your door suddenly won’t open or you heard a loud bang in the garage, there’s a good chance a spring let go.

The existing garage door was heavily damaged. Several panels were split and the torsion spring was broken, leaving the door stuck closed.

The damaged door was removed and replaced with a new steel sectional door. The customer is now able to safely open and operate the door again.
