To improve air quality in this basement suite, I installed a new range hood and bathroom exhaust fan, both vented directly to the outside through the concrete wall. These additions help eliminate odours, moisture, and humidity. A new 20-amp GFCI countertop receptacle was also installed to accommodate a hot plate.

This door frame had sustained significant damage, preventing the door from closing properly and affecting both function and appearance.
