Here is a new basement finishing contract i had for January February months. The basement turned out amazing. Working close with the homeowner to nail down the layout they wanted.

The finished were all matched to flow from upstairs to the basement. The builder BLD homes also help with supplying the flooring to match.

I am going to leave with the photos to enjoy and another happy customer.

This backsplask tile looks amazing and contemporary. Keeps it simple, clean and bright. Float box shelves bring in a warm touch and supported by the hovr bracket system. Pretty cool system, works well and strong with a max weight of 125 pounds per shelf.

What a hot build! Hot summer! This 28 x 30 foot double garage is ready for siding. The garage also has a loft, black soffit & fascia, casement windows, 9x9 garage doors from costco, siding will be LP siding and Owen corning shingles. Another happy customer with a garage that is solid and will serve as a great addition to the property.
