Softness can be underestimated, but it’s what creates safety. It’s what makes someone feel supported enough to try, to grow, to become confident in who they are.

The steady presence, the patience, the care, is what shapes real strength over time.

I’m grateful for the women who showed me that. And I’m proud to pass it on 🌸🩷

Thank you to everyone who gifted me their yarn scraps 🧶

What might have been sitting in a bin or tucked away in a drawer became newborn beanies for the maternal care unit at the The Ottawa Civic Hospital.

Not all donations have to be monetary. Sometimes it’s extra supplies. Sometimes it’s a skill you already have. Sometimes it’s simply choosing to turn what’s in your hands into something helpful!
