We will be happy to replace the item at no additional cost to you. Should you be unsatisfied for any reason, please let us know and we will work something out with you based on the circumstances.

- Cancellations are not accepted after confirmation of order/payment received. However, we understand sometimes there are special circumstances. Please contact us to discuss further, if this is the case. Completed orders: Once your item(s)/order is completed you will receive photo of the finished product and details for making pickup arrangements. We ask this to be done in a timely manner, as we do not have the space to store multiple items/orders for lengthy periods. Disclaimer: Orders not picked within 90 days of completion, will be considered abandoned and securely disposed of. There will be absolutely no refunds or replacements of these orders not picked up.
