This project was executed with great communication and in a timely manner with no overages in the agreed budget.
As we approach spring we look forward to the outdoor work with Fences, decks, additions and siding but still looking for one or two small to medium sized jobs while the snow flies.

What a project! What a view!

This client wanted to replace an old/dangerous deck system that was just resting on blocks on grade.
This was a bit of an upgrade- with some changes on the fly-
Trex transcend decking, hidden fasteners, craftsman style picture frame,
Vista frameless glass, vista square picket stair railing,
The stairs to the beach were a custom design allowing for movement based on beach grade and removed for the winter season.

Chewy is a happy dog!
220ft of fencing provides MHC’s client’s dog Chewy with a big, safe yard to run around and play with his brother, the duck!
