Matt and Austin are having Rob lay a sidewalk and steps in the front, no longer off to the side. Rob is also pouring concrete at the back of the house, for a hot tub and steps for the deck. Plans are in the works to continue the dress up of the front.

We finish with a cream mortar and complete with stone sills ,to top off the stone. Rob Wayland framed around the meter base so we could stone , to hide the plastic tubes. Matt and Austins home no longer looks like bland. It looks like a palace.

We are at Matt Browns new home at Pine River. To dress up the front, from all white siding, Wayne and myself cut off the siding up to 4 foot six. We attached drainage matt to the exposed walls. Following up with a coating of parge mix. All supplied by West Coast stone and brick.

Hugh and Norma MacKay had UHC come in and replace the old wood trim from the seventys and replace it with the Kingston stone ,they saved when they built the house. Wayne and myself removed the wood, placed some styrofoam on, and installed the full bed stone. Had a great visit with Hugh. He said this should have been done in the first place.
