Phase 1 of Project Short is officially underway 🏗️

A massive home addition and full redesign on Short Street in Uptown Waterloo, and right now it’s all studs, sheathing and potential.

We’re teaming up with MAC Contracting on this build, with LVL5 handling the insulation, drywall and taping. Over 15,000 sq ft of drywall is going up. 📐

Alex’s favourite details so far:
✔️ The great room
✔️ High ceilings across the main floor
✔️ Reveal lighting around the doorways and baseboards (this is where a Level 5 finish really shows)
