Just a reminder that the nursery will be open this coming weekend, May 17, 9am to 5pm & May 18, 1pm to 5pm. There are still many bushes (weigela, forsythia, spirea, willow & more). We also have Maple trees, fruit trees & perennials. And don’t forget the currents! I see jam in your future!

The estate of Fred Drexler will have the nursery open on the following dates:

Saturday May 3rd – 9am to 5pm, Sunday May 4th – 1pm to 5pm
Saturday May 17th – 9am to 5pm, Sunday May 18th – 1pm to 5pm

Shrubs and perennials. Most 1 & 2 gal pots $5.00 each, buy 4 get 1 free.
Larger shrubs as marked, not subject to offer.
Fruit and shade trees. Prices vary
Potting soil, Lamberts LM-111, all purpose growing media, 3.8cu ft (55 lbs), $35.00 per bag

It is with sadness that Fred’s family announces the passing of Fred Drexler on January 31st, after a month’s long struggle with infections.
He’s sewn his last seed, he’s planted his last plant, May he rest in Peace. He was always grateful for the numerous hours of work & friendship from his faithful greenhouse helpers & the loyalty and social interactions of his many greenhouse customers.
Visitation will be at Henry Walser Funeral Home, Kitchener on Tuesday , February 4th from 1-3 and 6-8pm.
Funeral service will be at St. Boniface Church, Maryhill on February 5th at 10am
