🖥 Project Coordinator:
Gather information regarding all job requirements
Countertop estimating and ordering
Reporting progress often
Work with field technicians and subtrades for input regarding project schedule
Set up timelines and goals for projects
Create budgets

✔️ Requirements:
Must be able to thrive in fast paced and changing environment
Provide constant feedback between customers and team members
Proficient in MS Office
Strong time management skills

🪨 Installer:
Installing stone countertops
Loading/unloading countertops, accessories, and supplies from truck
Mounting sinks, putting seams together, drilling faucet holes as needed
Ensuring all installations follow paper work and that job completion and follow up notes are done after each job
Regular quality control checks

✔️ Requirements:
Experience with installing stone countertops an asset
Strong attention to detail
Great communication skills
Ability to lift 100 lbs or more. This position is very physically demanding

CNC Operator:
Properly load and unload castings and raw materials in CNC machinery
Regular cleaning and light maintenance on CNC machinery
Recognize, deploy and properly use inserts, pictures and tooling

Must have excellent planning and problem solving skills
AutoCAD knowledge an asset

Fusion Operator:
Cut, grind, and sand stone countertops
Assist in saw setup and cycle changes
Efficiently operate the fabrication machine
Track and update jobs in scheduling system
Maintain equipment

Must have strong attention to detail
Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills with team members

Production Supervisor:
Responsible for the supervision of all fabricators
Execute daily plan for all shop employees
Provide metrics and reports to lead staff
Help manage inventory

3-5 years of shop supervisor experience
CNC, Fusion and scheduling experience
Exceptional communication and problem solving skills
Reliable and efficient
Strong sense of leadership
AutoCAD knowledge is an asset

Willing to travel extensively - must have valid driver's license

Shop Finisher:
Polish/finish stone surfaces to achieve a high quality finish
Operate power/hand tools
Inspect finished products for quality assurance
Communicate with fabricators to ensure specifications are being met
Maintain equipment

Proven experience in stone polishing an asset.
Attention to detail is a must
