🚨 Garage Rescue Mission Complete 🚨

This garage had slowly turned into a “shove it wherever it fits” space. Every shelf, cubby, and corner was packed and my client had been wanting to tackle it for years, but life just kept getting in the way.

When I arrived there was barely room to walk through it.

So we started with my favourite strategy…. Pull. Everything. Out.

The lawn turned into sorting central:
• lake gear
• sports equipment
• kids stuff
• tools
• donate pile
• garbage pile

Once everything was visible, it became so much easier to decide what actually needed to stay.

And the biggest surprise? Very little went back in.

Everything that stayed went back in simple zones so it’s easy to find and easy to put away.

I didn’t even see my client when I finished — she had to run out and left me working away.

But when her husband came home he apparently walked into the garage and asked: “Where did all the stuff go?” 😂

That’s when you know the reset worked.

Also a little confession… if my page is a bit quiet lately it’s because I’m deep in tax season while also happily helping people get their homes organized.

Less posting. More transforming spaces.

Toy Room Reset ✔️

This beloved space had slowly become the “catch-all” of the home, leaving very little room for the kids to move, play, or fully enjoy it.

I began by sorting and grouping like items together, creating clear categories and establishing a simple, functional system the family can maintain long-term. The goal wasn’t just to organize what’s here — but to create clarity.

With everything now visible and accessible, the kids can easily choose what they truly love, and confidently set aside toys to sell or donate. When children are part of the process, they develop ownership over their space and their decisions.

Systems first. Then intentional choices. Then lasting order.
