A few weeks ago, our asphalt plant reached a major milestone. There were no big speeches or celebrations — just a group of dedicated people doing what they do every day: showing up, supporting one another, and taking pride in their work.

Achievements like this aren't built by one person. They're the result of countless shifts, early mornings, late nights, problem-solving, teamwork, and commitment from people across the organization.

It’s a time to honour and remember those who have lost their lives or been injured on the job — and to recognize the lasting impact on their loved ones and communities.

At All Roads, safety is at the core of how we operate. It guides our planning, our training, and the way we support our crews in the field.

Today, we take a moment to reflect and recommit to creating safer workplaces for everyone.

Behind every major rebuild is a team making it happen.

Our crews are currently working through a complex urban intersection upgrade — the kind of project that takes coordination, patience, and a lot of teamwork across many groups.

In busy neighbourhoods, the work goes beyond construction. It’s about keeping people moving, supporting nearby businesses, and making sure everyone gets home safely at the end of the day.
