Heat wave tip of the day:
90% of all "NO COOLING" calls are resolved by:
1. Thermostat from cool to off
2. Fan auto to fan on
3. Change filter
4. Wash down the outter fins on outside air-conditioner from top to bottom all the way around
5. Let system run in fan only for MINIMUM 4 hours.
6. Resume cooling.

Before and after of a install we did for one of our trade friends. That new Furnace/ac combo with a case coil always makes a HUGE difference! "Bonus" gas manifold built for the future, along with redoing a gas line for the tankless to proper sizing. 👍
