For this main floor renovation, the goal was to make the kitchen feel larger, brighter, and more functional without adding square footage. More storage = less clutter, which instantly makes a space feel bigger.

By taking the cabinetry to the ceiling, neutralizing the paint colours throughout, and updating the flooring, the entire main floor now feels more cohesive and open. We also removed an old fireplace and added a wall to create a quaint home office at the back of the home.

Proof that you can completely transform a room without buying all new furniture or lighting.

For this client’s dining room, we focused on the bones of the space instead. We removed the wainscoting, painted the walls in a rich, warm tone, and added some detail to the previously blank ceiling.

Layering in an area rug and window coverings helped elevate the overall feel while still keeping the room warm, comfortable, and inviting. Sometimes the biggest impact comes from reworking what’s already there, not starting over.

This basement renovation completely transformed an unfinished lower level into a warm, calming primary bedroom designed to feel tucked away from the rest of the house. Soft textures, layered lighting, natural wood tones, and a muted palette helped create that relaxed lake house feel without feeling overly themed.

What started as a major undertaking turned into a thoughtfully designed space tailored to how this family truly lives. By removing walls, we created an entirely new layout, one that flows effortlessly and functions beautifully.

The kitchen now offers the perfect setting for entertaining a large family, while the main floor powder room (complete with direct access to the backyard pool) adds a layer of convenience that doesn’t go unnoticed.

Every detail was carefully considered, with custom design elements woven throughout to bring our clients’ vision to life. A transformation we’re incredibly proud of.
