We are gearing up for a massive summer and looking to fill two key roles on our team. Whether you love talking to people or prefer putting your head down and doing great hands-on work, we have a spot for you!
🗣️ ROLE 1: Door-to-Door Sales Reps
Pay: 15% commission per job + Minimum Wage Guarantee (zero financial risk!)
The Job: Walk local neighborhoods, pitch our services to homeowners, and close deals on the spot.
Requirements: High confidence, great communication, and a hustle mindset.
💦 ROLE 2: Window Cleaning Technicians
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00/hour + 100% of your tips!
The Job: Execute professional window washing, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing. Zero sales required.
Requirements: Reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable on ladders, and a valid driver's license. (Will train the right person!)
