🚪 Sunroom Transformation! ☀️

We replaced both rotten doors, tore out the water-damaged subfloor, and installed new vinyl flooring throughout this cozy sunroom. 🪚💪

To make sure the problem never returns, we added proper waterproofing and flashing—so no more leaks, rot, or soft spots!

Nothing like seeing a space go from soggy and tired to solid, clean, and refreshed. 🔨✨

Complete Corner Restoration + Brick Rebuild 🔨🏚️➡️🏠

This project started with a rotted corner beam and failing brick façade — water damage had eaten through the lower structure, and the old framing was beyond saving.

We:
✅ Removed all compromised wood and insulation
✅ Reframed a structural wall and installed new insulation/vapor barrier
✅ Rebuilt the brick section by hand, matching the original mortar and brick tone, cutting the old brick into slices.
✅ Restored the black timber-style trim for a seamless historic look
✅ Rebuilt the deck steps and landing to tie everything together and protect the new wall

Now this corner is solid, watertight, and beautiful again — blending perfectly with the rest of the home’s heritage style.

Just finished replacing this old storm + exterior wood door combo with a brand new modern door that has a built-in opening window. The fresh black finish totally changes the curb appeal — clean, solid, and sleek.

Loving how much light and airflow this new setup gives without the clunky double-door look. 🙌

🚪 Goodbye old carpet, hello fresh new look!

This basement was wide open, with exposed framing and mechanical systems. The homeowners wanted to maximize the space without losing easy access to utilities. We framed it in, finished it beautifully, and made the area both functional and welcoming.

That’s the balance we love to strike—practical and polished.
