Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Exterior Installer / Crew Leader to join our construction team. This role involves leading installation projects for exterior building components, ensuring quality workmanship, and supervising crew members. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction skills, leadership abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of various building systems. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a wide range of skills in a dynamic environment.

Duties

Lead and coordinate installation team on exterior construction projects, specializing in eavestrough, soffit, fascia, and siding

Operate and utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete installation tasks

Review project instructions and photos to ensure work is completed as specified

Ensure all work complies with safety standards

Manage project timelines and materials to maintain efficiency and quality standards

Train and mentor crew members to develop their skills and promote teamwork

Conduct quality inspections throughout the project lifecycle to ensure high standards are met

Experience

Proven experience in exterior construction installation or related fields such as carpentry or restoration

Strong knowledge of construction processes including eavestrough, soffit and fascia or siding installations

Prior experience in supervising or leading a crew is preferred but not mandatory; training and support will be provided

Familiarity with hand tools and construction equipment is required

Experience working with various building materials and systems in outdoor environments is highly desirable

This position is ideal for an experienced exterior installer looking to grow into a leadership role, with opportunities to develop crew management skills while continuing hands-on installation work.
