We have been getting a lot of calls lately about tests run during a real estate transaction.
The last call stated that the test only ran an hour an deemed the house high in radon.

I looked over the report and the inspector wasn’t certified to run a radon test, his machine wasn’t calibrated yearly for accuracy!
The machine was last calibrated in 2021!

Be careful do your due diligence!

Real estate tests are 96 hours followed by a 90 day test!
The person should be certified by CNRPP and the machine has to be calibrated yearly.

Spend your money wisely.
