Our tour of the Montréal Botanical Garden on August 28 was an unforgettable journey through one of the world's most magnificent green spaces. We explored this 75-hectare oasis right in the heart of Montreal, marveling at its diverse plant collections and beautifully themed gardens. From the serene ponds of the Japanese Garden to the stunning displays in the Chinese Garden, every corner offered a new discovery. The First Nations Garden gave us a profound appreciation for the indigenous plants and cultures of Quebec’s First Nations. A special highlight was the Magic of Lanterns event, where the Chinese Garden came alive with enchanting light displays. It was a day of learning, beauty, and connection with nature.
Exploring the charm of Old Montréal was an absolute delight! We started our adventure at the stunning La Grande Roue de Montréal, followed by a stroll through the historic Marché Bonsecours. The evening was capped off with an incredible dinner cruise on the AML, generously sponsored by Garden Centre Group Co-Op Corp.
As we savored a gourmet 3-course meal, the breathtaking views of Montréal’s skyline and the illuminated Jacques-Cartier Bridge set the perfect backdrop. With a private floor just for us, live music, and a DJ, the night was filled with vibrant energy, dancing, and unforgettable moments under the stars.
