Ingredient List 🍪

* 1 cup quinoa
* 100g dark chocolate
* 2 tbsp peanut butter

Step-by-Step Process ✨

1. Roast the quinoa in a pan on low-medium heat until slightly crunchy and nutty.
2. Chop the dark chocolate and melt it smoothly.
3. Add peanut butter into the melted chocolate and mix well.
4. Fold in the roasted quinoa.
5. Scoop the mixture onto a parchment paper sheet and shape into cookies.
6. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.

Protein Salad with Soya Chunks 🥗💪

Ingredients

* 150g soya chunks
* Water (for boiling)
* 2–3 tbsp curd/yogurt
* ½ tsp chili powder
* ½ tsp red chili powder
* ½ tsp black pepper powder
* 1 tsp chaat masala

Dressing

* 2 tbsp cream cheese
* 1 tbsp schezwan chutney

Veggies

* Lettuce
* Cucumber
* Red bell pepper
* Orange bell pepper
* Onion
* Green chilies
* Tomato
* Lemon juice



Step-by-Step Process

Step 1 – Boil the Soya Chunks

Boil soya chunks in water until soft. Drain the water, squeeze them properly, and transfer to a bowl.

Step 2 – Marinate

Add curd, chili powder, red chili powder, black pepper, and chaat masala. Mix well.

Step 3 – Air Fry

Air fry at 190 for 8minutes until slightly crispy and golden.

Step 4 – Make the Dressing

Mix cream cheese and schezwan chutney until smooth and creamy.

Step 5 – Prepare the Salad

Chop lettuce, cucumber, bell peppers, onion, green chilies, and tomatoes. Add everything to a bowl.

Step 6 – Final Mix

Add air-fried soya chunks and dressing. Mix well and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.

Step 7 – Serve

Healthy, creamy, spicy protein salad is ready 🥗✨

Air Fryer Gulab Jamun ✨

No deep frying, less oil, and still super soft & juicy! 🤍

• Prepared gulab jamun mix with milk
• Made small balls
• Greased with ghee
• Air fried at 165°C for 25-30 mins
• Made sugar syrup with saffron & cardamom
• Soaked for 4 hours
