Protein Salad with Soya Chunks 🥗💪
Ingredients
* 150g soya chunks
* Water (for boiling)
* 2–3 tbsp curd/yogurt
* ½ tsp chili powder
* ½ tsp red chili powder
* ½ tsp black pepper powder
* 1 tsp chaat masala
Dressing
* 2 tbsp cream cheese
* 1 tbsp schezwan chutney
Veggies
* Lettuce
* Cucumber
* Red bell pepper
* Orange bell pepper
* Onion
* Green chilies
* Tomato
* Lemon juice

Step-by-Step Process
Step 1 – Boil the Soya Chunks
Boil soya chunks in water until soft. Drain the water, squeeze them properly, and transfer to a bowl.
Step 2 – Marinate
Add curd, chili powder, red chili powder, black pepper, and chaat masala. Mix well.
Step 3 – Air Fry
Air fry at 190 for 8minutes until slightly crispy and golden.
Step 4 – Make the Dressing
Mix cream cheese and schezwan chutney until smooth and creamy.
Step 5 – Prepare the Salad
Chop lettuce, cucumber, bell peppers, onion, green chilies, and tomatoes. Add everything to a bowl.
Step 6 – Final Mix
Add air-fried soya chunks and dressing. Mix well and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.
Step 7 – Serve
