As part of The Pearl of Picton — a historic 18th-century mansion renovation, each bedroom was designed with its own unique character while maintaining a cohesive feel throughout the home. From soft pistachio tones and warm engineered hardwood flooring to elegant wall mouldings, calming muted lavender hues and timeless neutral finishes, every space was thoughtfully crafted to create comfort, functionality and a unique atmosphere

Large windows allow natural light to highlight the carefully selected colours, making each bedroom feel bright, inviting and tailored to its purpose

Behind the finished spaces, our team completed extensive preparation and finishing work, including drywall repairs and refinishing, custom trim and moulding installation, engineered hardwood flooring installation, surface preparation, professional painting, door and hardware installation, and detailed finishing carpentry. Every element was carefully executed to preserve the character of the historic home while delivering the quality and comfort expected from a modern renovation

Among the many custom spaces created throughout The Pearl of Picton - a historic 18th-century mansion renovation, this bar area stands out as a seamless blend of practicality and sophisticated design.

Designed to elevate both everyday living and entertaining, the space features custom millwork cabinetry, integrated open shelving with LED lighting, a stone countertop and carefully selected finishes that complement the character of the home. The combination of warm wood tones, elegant lighting fixtures and soft blue accents creates a refined atmosphere that feels both inviting and functional.

Behind the finished result, our team completed custom carpentry and millwork fabrication and installation, electrical rough-ins for integrated LED lighting, detailed trim and finishing work, wide-plank engineered hardwood flooring installation, surface preparation and painting and the precise installation of all cabinetry, shelving, hardware and finishing elements to ensure a seamless and cohesive final look.

These three bathrooms are part of The Pearl of Picton - a full house renovation of a historic 18th-century mansion completed by the Osoba Renos team.

Although each bathroom was designed with its own unique style and functionality in mind, they all share the same level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. From timeless finishes and elegant tile selections to custom niches, statement vanities, integrated lighting and carefully selected fixtures, every element was chosen to complement the character of each space

Behind the final result, our team completed all stages of the renovation process, including demolition, plumbing and electrical work, installing drywall, adding Schluter waterproofing membrane, precise floor and wall tile installation, finishing details, fixture installation and thorough quality checks throughout the project

The result is three completely different bathrooms — each reflecting its own personality while delivering comfort, functionality and long-lasting quality

This elegant dining area is part of The Pearl of Picton - a full house renovation of a historic 18th-century mansion completed by the Osoba Renos team

For this space, the goal was to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while preserving the timeless character of the home. The renovation included custom-built bench seating, illuminated display shelving with integrated LED lighting, decorative wall mouldings, premium millwork details, wide-plank hardwood flooring and carefully selected fixtures that enhance both functionality and visual appeal

Behind the finished look, every detail was carefully executed, from custom carpentry and millwork fabrication, electrical rough-ins for integrated lighting, precise trim and moulding installation, flooring installation, wall preparation and finishing, painting, and the final installation of custom-built features. Every element was completed with a focus on craftsmanship, durability and seamless integration with the home’s historic architecture

This full condo renovation at ICE Condos in downtown Toronto is part of our latest completed project by Osoba Renos & Design, where our in-houes team transformed the unit into a modern, open, and highly functional living space

The scope of work included major layout restructuring, where several walls were demolished and rebuilt to create a more open-concept design and significantly improve the flow and usability of the condo. We also completed a full flooring upgrade with Scandinavian-style luxury vinyl flooring, paired with new baseboards, trim, interior doors, and a full repaint throughout the entire unit

As part of the renovation, we completed two full 3-piece bathroom remodels. One bathroom was designed with a walk-in shower, while the second features a bathtub. Both spaces were finished with custom designer vanities, modern mirrors, upgraded fixtures, detailed tile work, and clean, precise finishing throughout

The condo also received comprehensive lighting and electrical upgrades, including new light fixtures, updated plugs and switches, and rewiring of multiple electrical boxes to support the new layout and modern design requirements

The final result is a bright, contemporary condo with a clean Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic, improved functionality, and high-quality craftsmanship carried through every detail of the space

The newly renovated bathroom features a sleek black vanity with gold hardware, complemented by custom asymmetrical mirrors. Our team also installed custom artistic patterned floor and wall tiles, which bring movement into the space, turning a functional bathroom into a true design feature of this condo

Behind the aesthetics, every detail was carefully executed — from clean demolition, adjusting water and drain lines, pipe fittings, setting up power for lighting, fan, outlets, adding GFCI outlets near the sink, installing drywall, adding Schluter waterproofing membrane, precise floor and wall tile installation, finishing walls outside tile zones, fixture installation, lighting, ventilation, accessories, and finally sealing and inspecting everything before delivering the completed bathroom
