Basement bathroom finish with a beautiful (and durable!) Longevity 3 piece tub and shower, a great alternative for tricky retrofits! 3 piece tub/showers offer the same benefits as 1 piece tub/showers (durability, ease of maintenance) but can be dissassembled to fit into tight doorways and hallways with minimal demolition work required!

Just a tub swap, from old steel tub with double faucet to new 4 piece Maax tub, door and Delta faucet from Home Hardware Building Centres Elmwood / Dieppe / Magnetic Hill & Downey's. Turned out to be a nice improvement! If you're thinking about doing plumbing upgrades give us a shout!

Do you live in an older downtown Moncton building? Once upon a time it was the common practice of installing 'building traps' on the sewer entrances of buildings. Nowadays, low flow toilets don't provide enough volume to effectively carry solids down to the main street sewer through these building traps, creating a backup hazard for the whole house. Here are some advantages to removing these outdated devices and installing backflow devices instead:

-Lessens chance of sewer plugging up, potentially saving you hundreds pf dollars in plumbing calls and thousands in property damages.
-Insurance rebates: Insurance providers now charge large amounts for sewer backup protection, some even won't cover sewer backup in certain area unless proper backflow devices are installed. Some of our customers in the past have saved up to 400$/year off their coverage.
-Moncton city incentives: you may be eligible for a 500$ rebate from the city to install an approved backflow device.
