This metal roof was done the RIGHT way from start to finish.

None of that “roof over the old roof” or strapping over shingles shortcut nonsense around here. 👎

Doing it right takes more work, but it means a flatter finish, better ventilation, longer life, and a roof we can actually stand behind. 💯

I just explained to a homeowner why their metal roof was leaking… using 3 sticky notes. 😂

Yep.
Three sticky notes explained what years of silicone and “it should be fine” couldn’t.

“Jack of all trades, master of none” was working overtime on this roof. 😅

Sometimes all it takes is actually showing where the water travels instead of just smearing more caulking on and hoping for the best.
…That, and maybe 24 years of roofing experience. 🤣

If your roof turns into a mystery every rainstorm, it might be time for a real inspection before the drywall starts tattling too.
