Glad to be here! Sheeee’s back!

I hit pause earlier this year on everything. Abruptly. With resistance until my body showed me signs it was the only path. It was highly counter to my productive “doer” identity but a necessary move to gain my health back (both mentally and physically). Over the last few weeks I’ve begun to get back into the studio to play and I’m looking forward to a new year and hopefully a bit more capacity for clay!

Who is the courageous girl listening to herself, her intuition and moving at the pace of presence? It’s me! To all my friends, family and community- I miss you! Thank you for the space yet gentle unconditional support. It is possible to be completely overjoyed and in the depths of grief at once. Both and.
