Customer had issues with condensation and cold transfer from her old aluminum windows, so they were removed and replaced...

Customer had issues with condensation and cold transfer from her old aluminum windows, so they were removed and replaced with new vinyl ones.
Vinyl windows have much better thermal properties because the frame has small chambers inside to prevent warm and cold air from mixing and creating moisture, therefore preventing condensation on the inside.

Very happy to finish this project for a customer for Christmas.

D. Morison Home Repair

Introduction into our family - Holly, wife and mother to our kids: Kira (19), Jada (19), Kiyah (6) & Lennox (1) and Dan, husband, owner and proprietor to MHR.

Dan has worked in the glass industry for over 10 years in commercial and residential glazing starting when we moved to Vancouver. After 5 years, we moved back to the Island when our middle child (Kiyah) was born to stay closer to family. Dan has primarily worked in residential glazing and construction since coming back to the Island and has gained tremendous diversity in his abilities which was taught from Murray at Coast Glass over the past years.

Dan decided to branch out on his own with blessing and well wishes to take what he has been taught and create a company where every job is done economical and cost effective as possible to meet the needs of every person who has a vision. He has little overhead, passion for helping people and quality workmanship, so what you pay is as cost effective as possible.
