We are a growing epoxy and resin business specializing in high-quality custom epoxy work. We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team full-time.

Position: Epoxy Technician / Production Assistant
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday (with occasional weekends if required)

Responsibilities:
• Assist in epoxy mixing, pouring, sanding, polishing, and finishing
• Prepare surfaces, molds, and work areas
• Maintain clean and safe workspaces
• Handle tools, materials, and equipment properly
• Support custom epoxy projects
• Follow safety guidelines and quality standards
Requirements:
• Willingness to learn (experience with epoxy is a plus, not required)
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically able to stand, lift, and work with hands
