The pool deck is a full floating deck built on decblocks. The floor framing around the pool consist of 14 trapezoidal floor joist frames four sided frames with two parallel sides and two sides that angle toward each other. The main post were brace with two by fours that were compound mitred at both ends. The skimmer has a deck side trap door to get in to get the leaves or dirt out and the outside of the pool deck has a hatch door to do maintenance on waterlines and the Jets the 12 x 12 main deck off the trapezoid decking is floating deck too and has all storage underneath. We joined the pool deck with a five stair staircase to the existing 20 x 20 deck that we installed two months prior. Both these decks were able to look down from their new bedroom deck that we added onto their bedroom so they could come out in the morning for coffee and overlook the farm.
These three beautiful decks were constructed after renovating and installing a brand new larger kitchen in this old farmhouse. 905-353 5028

Second floor bedroom, window taken out, hole cut bigger to fit a brand new sliding door, then build a brand new deck from the bedroom.
