As we approach five years in business, I’ve been thinking a lot about what the first five years have taught me.
Taking a step away with my family early this year gave me the space to return with a fresh perspective and renewed focus, and to reflect on how we continue improving the experience for everyone we work with.
Not just on the beautiful spaces we create, but on the experience behind them. Over the past couple months, we’ve been refining our internal processes and focusing even more intentionally on the client experience. Clearer communication, stronger drawing packages, and more defined timelines have been a major focus for our team.
With award submissions, and photoshoots coming up, we’re wrapping up several large projects, creating space for new projects, new ideas, and the next phase of work taking shape in the studio.
