Position: General Laborer / Carpentry Apprentice
Commitment: Part-Time to Full-Time hours available
Starting Wage: $20.00/hour (No experience) up to higher rates reflecting current apprenticeship level

If you have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn, we offer a clear pathway to career advancement through a formal Carpentry Apprenticeship. We will provide the structured on-the-job training and hours required to help you earn your Red Seal certification in partnership with Red River College.
Whether you are completely new to the trades or already have hours registered, we have a spot for a hard worker.
What We Are Looking For
While we are completely open to training the right candidate from scratch, any hands-on experience in residential home renovations is a massive asset. We want to hear from you if you have experience in any of the following:
Framing and structural work
Drywall taping, mudding, and installation
Tile work and custom flooring installations
Finish carpentry (trim work, baseboards, casing)
Cabinetry and millwork installation
Professional interior/exterior painting
Position Requirements
Reliable Transportation: You must have your own reliable vehicle to get to various job sites.
Background: A clean criminal record is required.
Attitude: Punctual, eager to learn, and physically able to handle the demands of residential construction sites.
What We Offer
Competitive Pay: $20.00/hour to start for entry-level candidates, with higher wages matching your registered apprenticeship level.
